Panic Chambers leaving Gresham after 2014

Diamond Cats roll in Bonduel
The Bonduel American Legion baseball team gave up 15 hits Monday in a 12-2 loss to Clintonville at home. Bonduel (2-2) managed just five hits on Diamond Cats pitcher Turner Doornink, who struck out six and walked four in seven innings. “It was a bummer of a game,” Bonduel coach Jason Luepke said.

LeRoy Jones
LeRoy “Toby” Jones, 92, of Clintonville, passed away Monday, June 16, 2014, at Shawano Medical Center. LeRoy Frances Jones was born on Oct. 31, 1921, in Clintonville to Obediah and Margaret (Roberts) Jones. He was united in marriage on Feb. 10, 1942, to Evelyn E. Tyrrell at St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville. Toby entered the U.S. Army and served during World War II from 1942-1943.

Dillon M. Grulkowski, 15, of Gresham, passed away on Monday, June 16, 2014. Born on Nov. 5, 1998 in Shawano, he was the son of Michael and Bonnie (Hoffman) Grulkowski Jr. Dillon was a student at the Gresham High School. In his free time he enjoyed spending time with his friends, especially his best friend, Derek Bowman. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and playing baseball.

Benjamin G. Wedde, 73, of Clintonville, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2014, peacefully at his residence. Ben was born on Aug. 4, 1940, in Clintonville, the son of the late Herman and Ealta (Jahnke) Wedde. He attended Roosevelt Grade School in the Township of Larrabee, Waupaca County, and graduated from Clintonville High School in 1958.

Donald R. Klose
Donald Robert Klose, 80, of Cecil, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014, at the Appleton Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born on March 30, 1934, to the late Eric and Alma (Buettner) Klose, the fourth of six children. After graduating from high school in 1952, Don continued to work for Mason’s Flowers, where he had worked throughout high school. There he met Suzan (Suki) Mason, and the couple wed in 1956.

Lucille L. Hildemann
Lucille L. Hildemann, 98, of Embarrass, formerly of Clintonville, passed away Monday morning, June 16, 2014, at the Pine Manor Health Care Center in Embarrass. Lucille was born on April 17, 1916, in the town of Belle Plaine, Shawano County, as the daughter of the late Alex and Olga (Hoyer) Hildemann. She was baptized and confirmed at St. Martin Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine.

Clarence A. Chicks
Clarence Alfred Chicks, 96, of Gresham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 14, 2014, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Clarence was the oldest living member of the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohican Indians and one of only two surviving tribal members who served in World War II.
