Carol Jean Kesler-Marois was welcomed into heaven on June 15, 2015, at her home in Oconto Falls. She was born to Irvin and Virginia (McMunn) Kesler on Dec. 27, 1949, in Appleton. The second Oconto Nature Festival will run from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, June 27, at Copper Culture State Park, Oconto. Admission is free. Tom Gryboski, of Lakewood, has resigned from the Oconto County Board, citing health concerns. His resignation takes effect July 16, and an appointment for District 30 is scheduled to take place July 23. The district covers part of Riverview and all of Lakewood. The two-year term expires in April 2016. “It’s been very enjoyable,” Gryboski told the Times Herald.
