Two men were recently indicted in federal court, one for alleged theft, and a second for drug offenses on the Menominee Indian Reservation. A 74-year-old Wittenberg area man died as the result of a one-vehicle crash in the Town of Wittenberg on Dec. 5, according to a statement from the Shawano County Sheriff's Office. Lt. Chris Madle said deputies responded to a report of the crash at about 7:03 p.m. on County Road M, just south of State Highway 153.
