Aaron J. Wendler

Aaron Joel Wendler, 40, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021. Aaron was born on Feb. 23, 1981, in Wausau to Joe and Sue (Heidersdorf) Wendler. Aaron lived in Wittenberg until he and his mother moved to Ontonagon, Michigan. Aaron graduated from the Ontonagon Area High School in 1999. While in school Aaron excelled in basketball and went to the state basketball playoff in his senior year.

Herbert A. Reichwald
Herbert “Herb” A. Reichwald, 96, of Dousman, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021. Herb was born on Nov. 16, 1925, to the late August and Olga (Moser) Reichwald in Gillett. He spent his childhood in Gillett and attended Gillett High School. At age 17, Herb enlisted in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a part of the 596 Airborne Group and served in Italy, France, Belgium, and Germany.

Gina J. McMaster
Gina Joan McMaster, 61, of Granite Canon, Wyoming, passed away Dec. 19, 2021, to be with her Lord and Savior. Gina was born April 14, 1960, in Shawano to Robert and Leatrice (Askdal) Patterson. She married James Michael McMaster on July 29, 2013, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Gina received a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin. She worked for many years at Clure Brothers Furniture. Gina was a wonderful wife and stepmother.

Wynona “Nonie” M. Hansen
Wynona “Nonie” M. Hansen, 91, of Gillett, passed away of COVID on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2021. Nonie was born on Nov. 10, 1930, to the late Elmer and Olga (Miller) Wetzel, the oldest of six children. She graduated from Gillett High School with the class of 1948. Nonie married Leroy Hansen on June 18, 1949, at the EUB Church in Gillett. She worked at Parkside Dairy for a number of years.

Doris F. Erb
Doris F. Erb, 75, of Suring, passed away on Dec. 23, 2021, surrounded by her family. She was born Jan. 5, 1946, to the late Harvey and Myrtle (McDonough) Millard. Doris graduated from Delevan-Darien High School with the Class of 1964 and went on to attended University of Wisconsin-La Crosse where she earned her teaching degree.

Louise E. Christensen
Louise Emma Christensen, 78, of Suring, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021, at home with family by her side. Louise was born on May 27, 1943, to the late Edward and Agnes (Wozniak) Rueckert. She graduated from Suring High School with the Class of 1961. On Aug. 1, 1963, Louise married Ronald Lee Christensen.

Moses J. Parrott, age 18, of Tigerton, passed away Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home & Crematory, Marion, is assisting the Parrott family.
