Fred Luke Zimmer, 74, of Legend Lake, passed away on Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, with his loving wife, Amy, by his side. Leonard Arthur Schroeder, 83, of Underhill, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, with his great nephews, Kevin and Keith, by his side. Leonard was born and raised on the family farm, Pleasant View Farm, on Oct. 1, 1938, to the late Henry and Olga (Marcheske) Schroeder. He was baptized on Oct. 12, 1938, and confirmed on June 1, 1952, at Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Phyllis Smith, 93, of Green Bay, passed away on Dec. 24, 2021, at Tender Hearts Assisted Living in Howard. Phyllis Leona Shallow was born on June 3, 1928, in the Township of Little River. She was the second of 15 children of Oliver and Gladys (Brabant) Shallow Sr. of Lena. Phyllis graduated from Lena High School in 1945.
