Roger L. Flaig

Roger Louis Flaig, 81, Green Bay, passed away Monday, Jan. 3, 2022. He was born on March 1, 1940, in Belle Plaine township, Shawano County to Edward and Elizabeth (Kleman) Flaig. His mother passed at an early age and Edward remarried Emily Weller. After graduating from Shawano High School, Roger joined the U.S. Army Reserves, serving from November 1959 to 1965, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant. Mary Ann Wesco
Mary Ann Wesco, formerly of Eland, passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital with her daughter by her side. Mary Ann was under the care of the loving Hospice staff. Mary Ann was born Nov. 27, 1930, in Oshkosh to George and Mary (Shultz) Nadeau. She was united in marriage to Eugene ‘Gene’ Wesco on Feb. 7, 1948, in Oshkosh.
Audrey L. Hartleben
Audrey L. Hartleben, 91, of Wittenberg, died peacefully on Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at Homme Home of Wittenberg, surrounded by her family and under the care of LeRoyer Hospice Services, Antigo. Audrey was born June 12, 1930, in the Town of Wittenberg and was the daughter of William and Margaret (Long) Drews. On Oct. 17, 1953, Audrey was united in marriage to Milford “Mike” Hartleben in Wittenberg. He preceded her in death on Oct.
Donna J. John
Donna Jean John, of Port Washington, formerly of Milwaukee and Shawano, passed away at her residence at Lincoln Village on Monday, Dec. 27, 2021, at the age of 89. Donna was born in Milwaukee on Jan. 19, 1932, daughter of John Bigelow and Lucille Fellenz Bigelow. She grew up in Milwaukee, where she was active in her church choir. Charles R. Van Allen
Charles Robert Van Allen, 54, of Shawano, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022. Rob was born on May 18, 1967, to Ronald and Barbara (Pankow) Van Allen in Illinois. Rob is survived by his father, Ronald; son, Colton Van Allen; many siblings; other relatives and friends. A service will be held at a later date. Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Suring is assisting the family with arrangements.
Virginia Ann Radtke
Virginia Ann Radtke, 80, of Berlin, died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, following a lengthy illness. She was born July 31, 1941, in Green Bay, the daughter of W. Clayton and Ruby Peters Haley. Virginia was a 1959 graduate of Oconto Falls High School.
