William A. Grab Jr., of Antigo, died Thursday, May 21, 2015, at Eastview Medical and Rehabilitation Center in Antigo. He was 78 years old. He was born on Oct. 15, 1936, in Shawano, a son of William and Magdalen (Alft) Grab. He married Shirley Carter on May 7, 1955, in Shawano. She survives. As a young man, he participated in Boy Scouts, where he earned the Eagle Scout and Order of the Arrow awards.

God called Irene Martha Louise (Dieck) Brady, 103, of Oshkosh, and formerly of Tigerton, home on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at her home at the Waterford at Oshkosh. Irene was born on Jan. 10, 1912, in the town of Dupont to William and Mary (Fuhrman) Dieck. She was united in marriage on Nov. 9, 1933, to Patrick James Brady at St. Anthony’s Church in Tigerton, and they were married for 74 years.
