Peggy A. Buckbee

Peggy Ann Buckbee, 60, of Clintonville, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 12, 2015, in Neenah from a recurrence of cancer. Peggy was born in Shawano on May 29, 1955, to Douglas and Joyce (Hoffman) Goers. On Oct. 26, 1974, in Shawano, she was united in marriage to Chuck Buckbee. She lived in the Shawano area all her life. Peggy was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, enjoyed trips to Canada with family, gardening, cooking, and canning.

Preliminary city budget shows tax hike in 2016

Marisa J. Cardish, 37, and her newborn son, Justin, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015, in Green Bay. Marisa was born in Shawano on June 4, 1978, to the late Wesley J. and Dotty (Cornelius) Cardish. She lived on the Stockbridge Munsee Reservation until the age of 14 before moving to Green Bay.
