Proceedings from Jan. 21 An arraignment was held for Rory A. Schubert, 46, Sobieski. He pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possession of a firearm by a felon and a misdemeanor charge, which allegedly occurred Nov. 25 in Oconto County. An initial appearance was also held on felony charges of misappropriate ID information to avoid penalty and a charge of forgery, written or object, which allegedly occurred Nov. 19 in Oconto County.

An Oconto woman pleaded not guilty to mistreatment of animals for allegedly dragging a dog behind her vehicle for 3 miles, resulting in its death. Jordan Mcdonald, 28, of Oconto, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and entered her not guilty plea Thursday in Oconto County Circuit Court. Judge Michael Judge ordered Mcdonald be bound over to trial. According to court documents, on Jan.
