Gresham siren rebuilt, back on line
Sewer rates in Clintonville will increase nearly 22 percent over the next two years to help pay for $3.5 million in upgrades at the city’s wastewater treatment plant.
The first increase, of about 12 percent, will take effect with the July bills. The second increase, of about 10 percent, will take effect when the improvement project is completed in late 2015 or early 2016.
