Seymour Thunder Invitational
Pulaski’s Dixon Holewinski earned medalist honors with a 71 at Crystal Springs Golf Course.
As a team, Pulaski was second among the 16 schools. Seymour won with a 313, followed by Pulaski with a 315. Oconto Falls placed fifth with a 325.
Joining Holewinski for Pulaski were Brady Hayward with 73, Nathan Jossie with 85 and Bradin Schultz with 86.
Christian Weinberger scored a 91.
Oconto Falls was led by Kadyn Riel with 76. He was joined by Dylan Clark with 79, Carson McDermid with 81 and Brock McDermid with 89.
Nick Trepanier carded a 98.

Foxfire Invitational
Lena golfers Mason Belongia and Mason Spice tied with an 81, just three strokes off the medalist score of 78 by Amherst’s Daniel Eichmann at Foxfire Golf Course in Waupaca.
Amherst won the invitational with a 328, followed by Lena in second with a 338, Marion in fifth with a 372, Menominee Nation/Gresham in seventh at 381 and Wittenberg-Birnamwood in eighth at 399. Ten teams competed.
Also scoring for Lena were Cooper Demmith with an 86 and Tanner Behnke with a 90.
Marion scorers were Brady Malueg with a 90, Elijah Schema with a 91, Collin Grogan with a 93 and Jarren Faehling with a 98.
Scoring for Menominee Nation/Gresham were Anikohsaeh Corn with an 89, Elliott Penass with a 90, King Lyons with a 99 and Gabe Boivin with a 103.
Wittenberg-Birnamwood players were George Seegmiller with an 89, Jaden Clark with a 95, Luca Pelusi with a 107 and Roman Johnson with a 108.
“Every meet seems like a broken record,” Witt-Birn coach Chris Bartletti said. “We struggled. We continue to post very high scores on holes and are very inconsistent in our play. With the exception of George (Seegmiller), no one has broken 90 and most haven’t broken 100. Those scores are not good enough.
“George struck the ball well but just couldn’t get the putts to fall,” Bartletti continued. “The positive is that the guys have a good attitude and are committed to improvement. We are hoping this shows itself during our next leg of conference.”
