Proceedings from July 17 A motion hearing was held for Shawn L. Paholke, 34, Suring on 12 felony child abuse charges that allegedly occurred from July 2012 to May 2013. A cash bond of $175,000 continues. A motion hearing and a final pretrial is Sept. 2. James E Mcdonald, 24, Oconto, pleaded no contest to felony bail jumping, physical abuse of a child intentionally causing bodily harm, felony intimidation of victim, and attempted strangulation and suffocation Feb. 13 in Oconto Falls. A status conference was also held on a count of strangulation and suffocation that allegedly occurred Sept. 8, 2013. The bond of $20,000 was revoked. Sentencing is Sept 12. Christopher L. Harris, 22, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to charges of bail jumping June 5 in Oconto Falls and two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child June 1 and Aug. 1 in Oconto Falls. A $5,000 cash bond continues. Sentencing is Sept 12. Dawn M. Behnke, 36, Suring, entered a not guilty plea to a charge of possession of narcotic drugs as a party to a crime March 11 in Gillett. A signature bond of $2,000 continues. A pretrial conference is Aug. 14. A sentencing hearing after revocation was held for Gary L. Garrow, 41, Pennsylvania, on charges of forgery uttering Feb. 26 and Feb. 27, 2010, in Oconto. He was sentenced to one year incarceration and one year extended supervision. The court waived all court costs, but restitution of $1,161.92 is due to Matravers Hardware. Proceedings from July 15 Robert P. Dulka, 30, Green Bay, entered not guilty pleas to two felony charges of second degree reckless endangering safety, OWI (fourth with in five years), operating with prohibited alcohol concentration and a misdemeanor charge April 7 in the town of Little River. A bond of $1,000 continues. A final pretrial hearing is Oct 15. Proceedings from July 14 A sentencing hearing was held for Sierra R. Blaschuk, 21, Lena, on two misdemeanor charges and a felony charge of identity theft, financial gain, that occurred March 23 in Oconto Falls. The court read in two additional misdemeanor charges that occurred Jan. 13 in Townsend. She was sentenced to three years incarceration and three years extended supervision. Dustin M. Vandenzen, 21, Kaukauna, was sentenced to two years, six months of incarceration and five years extended supervision for burglary and two misdemeanor charges. Jason R. Hensel, 31, Suring, pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge and a felony charge of possession of THC, second offense, April 2 in Little Suamico. A $1,200 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Aug 14. Proceedings from July 11 A plea and sentencing hearing was held for Kelly P. Grybowski, 19, Lena. He pleaded no contest to two charges of intimidating a victim and threatening with force May 17 in Oconto. He was sentenced to 11 months incarceration and two years probation, with conditions of no contact with the victim, family or residence, no firearms or other weapons, and absolute sobriety. He is responsible to pay court costs and Department of Correction fees of $686. A preliminary hearing was held for Michael R. Knight, 32, Oconto Falls. The courts entered a not guilty plea on two counts of felony bail jumping, which allegedly occurred May 19 in Oconto Falls, and two misdemeanor charges and a felony charge of strangulation and suffocation domestic abuse, which allegedly occurred Feb. 28 in Oconto Falls. Two $500 cash bonds continue. A continued initial appearance and pretrial conference is Aug 12. A court sentencing after revocation was held for Joel M. Tilkens, 30, Oconto, on a felony charge of bail jumping and two misdemeanor charges, which occurred on Jan. 8, 2013, in Oconto, and a felony charge of possession with the intent to deliver non-narcotics and three misdemeanor charges, which occurred Aug. 22, 2012, in Oconto. The court sentenced him to five years and seven months of incarceration and six years of extended supervision. Proceedings from July 10 An adjourned initial appearance/bail bond hearing was held for Kyle K. Sydor, 25, Oconto, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated second offense, injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle, and reckless driving causing bodily harm, which allegedly occurred May 8 in Oconto. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is Aug. 14. An initial appearance was held for Douglas G. Winans, 23, Green Bay, on a misdemeanor and felony charge of possession of THC, second offense, Feb. 21 in Pensaukee. A $200 cash bond was set. An adjourned initial appearance is Aug 14. Spiegel, 34, Oconto Falls, on charges of possession with intent to deliver THC, maintaining a drug trafficking place and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs and paraphernalia May 19 in the town of Oconto Falls. A $5,000 signature bond was set. An initial appearance was held for Rickey L. Lewis, 37, Oconto Falls, on charges of possession with intent to deliver THC, maintaining a drug trafficking place, felony possession of a firearm and two misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs and paraphernalia May 19 in the town of Oconto Falls. A $3,000 cash bond was set. Proceedings from July 8 Leslie R. Boyd, 51, Cecil, was sentenced to two years incarceration and two years extended supervision to charges of sex registry violation, which occurred Dec. 13, 2012, in Underhill. He had pleaded no contest. He must comply in full with the sex offenders programs and laws, including assessment, evaluation and treatment. He is responsible for all court costs of $518 and any supervision fees he incurs.
