Michael W. Wenner, 69, of Tigerton, passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, at Shawano Health Services. Michael William Wenner was born Dec. 23, 1953, in Milwaukee to Joseph and Gladys (Genskow) Wenner. His family moved to Auburndale in 1960, and they moved to Clintonville in 1963. Mike graduated from Clintonville Senior High School with the Class of 1972. Following graduation, he enlisted in the U.S.

Herbert “Herb” Behl Jr., 91, formerly of Clintonville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2023. Beil-Didier Funeral Home, Clintonville.
James R. Schwan
James “Jim” R. Schwan, 73, of the Town of Dupont, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023 at home, surrounded by his loving family, following a nine-year battle with lymphoma. James Ray Schwan was the youngest of six children born to the late Carl and Selma (Koepke) Schwan on Sept. 11, 1949, in Clintonville. Jim served his country in the Navy as a veteran of the Vietnam War.
Sandra J. Herning
A beautiful, kind soul, Sandra J. Herning, quietly passed into Heaven on Wednesday, Feb. 7, 2023. Sandy was born the youngest of three children to the late Harlan and Ethel McMahon on Feb. 28, 1950. She graduated from Suring High School in 1968 and soon after met the love of her life, Jim Herning. They were married on March 1, 1969, and in August, they welcomed their son, Scott, home.

Carol Cora (Weber) (Briggs) Shaffer, nee Jahnke, 94, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, Feb.
Penny J. Hujet
Penny J. Hujet, 58, of Lena, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay with family by her side. She was born Oct. 31, 1964, to the late Roger and Audrey (Frye) Carriveau. Penny graduated from Oconto Falls High School with the Class of 1982. Penny served in the United States Air Force from 1986 until 1988. She worked as a personal care giver for most of her life, taking care of the developmentally disabled.
