Elizabeth “Betty” Peterman, 72, of Gillett, passed away at home surrounded by her family. Betty was born March 28, 1949, to the late Orville and Violet (Arndt) Driggs, married Lawrence Peterman on May 25, 1968, and along the way farmed, raised four wonderful children, and watched their family grow to include grandchildren and great-grandchildren — they were her true love.
Robert W. Nordin
Robert W. “Bob” Nordin, 87, of the Town of Wescott, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, Sept. 24, 2021, at his home. Bob was born April 1, 1934, in West Allis, a son of Robert W. and Norma (Drefahl) Nordin. Bob attended school in Menominee, Michigan, then transferred to West Division High School in Milwaukee for his junior and senior years, graduating with the Class of 1952.
Pat W. Baumgartner
Pat W. Baumgartner, 87, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, after a battle with Alzheimer’s disease. She was born April 19, 1934, in the Town of Belle Plaine to Walter and Evelyn Wolf. Pat graduated from Shawano High School. She had a career in human resources, first at A.O. Smith, Inc. in Milwaukee and later in Green Bay at City Hall and Bellin Memorial Hospital, where she worked for 22 years. Pat loved her family dearly.
Susan M. Schwan
Susan M. Schwan, 74, of the Town of Dupont, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2021, at home. The Eberhardt-Stevenson Funeral Home and Crematory in Marion is assisting the family.
Robert W. Nordin
Robert W. “Bob” Nordin, 87, of the Town of Wescott, passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning, Sept. 24, 2021, at his home. Michael C. Mayerl
Michael Connolly Mayerl, 81, of Bonduel, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, in Shawano. Born in Shawano on Aug. 7, 1940, Michael is the son of the late Bert and Margaret (Connolly) Mayerl. He graduated from Sacred Heart grade school and from Shawano High School with the class that won back-to-back state basketball championships, where Mike served as team manager.
Mark R. Goedtel
Mark R. Goedtel, DVM, (“Doc”), of Lena, passed away peacefully at home in his sleep on Sept. 16, 2021. Mark was born to the late Frederick and Catherine “Kay” (Cody) Goedtel in Kearny, New Jersey, on Jan. 24, 1958, and spent the majority of his youth with his parents and five siblings in Troy, Michigan.
