Former NASCAR driver coming to Shawano Speedway

Shawano Speedway, powered by Auto Select, announces former NASCAR driver Ken Schrader is set to make a special appearance during Hall of Fame night on June 8. Schrader, a familiar figure in the racing world, will not only attend the event will also take to the track in his Federated Auto Parts IMCA Mod. Schrader’s career spans decades, marked by numerous victories and a passionate fan base.

Shawano Woman’s Club fashion show coming in May
The 18th annual Shawano Woman’s Club Fashion Show and Spring Fling will take place May 9 at The Gathering, 2600 E. Richmond St., Shawano. The event starts at 10:30 a.m. with a cash bar, followed by a luncheon at noon.

Proceedings of April 19 • Scott Glen Sorenson, 59, De Pere, pleaded no contest to operating a motor vehicle with a restricted controlled substance (fourth offense), in connection with an Oct. 10, 2019, crash in the Town of Stiles.
