Tigers gearing up for Gillett 5K run/walk

Tiger Chase, a 5K run/walk sponsored by the Gillett PTO, will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, May 10, at the Gillett High School track. The cost is $10 for children in fifth grade or younger and $15 for individuals in sixth grade and older. Registration forms are available at Gillett Elementary School and the Gillett Public Library, and online at goo.gl/eUr3ID. Registrations are due April 17 to be guaranteed a Tiger Chase T-shirt. Race-day registration will be held from 8-8:45 a.m. Awards will be presented to the top three finishers in four categories: male fifth grade and younger, female fifth grade and younger, male sixth grade and older, and female sixth grade and older. All proceeds benefit the students of the Gillett School District. Individuals and businesses interested in sponsoring this event may contact Gillett Elementary School, 920-855-2119.
