Ronald Christensen, CEO and administrator at Woodland Village, Suring, is a recipient of the Faith That Works award, given by the Diocese of Green Bay.
Sponsored by The Compass, this award is given to leaders of the community and organizations who have a strong faith and utilize that faith in the everyday tasks of life.
On April 11, Christensen was honored by Bishop David Ricken at the St. Francis Xavier Conference Center in Green Bay.
According to a news release announcing the award, Christensen showed his dedication to protecting others while serving in the Marines, and shows caring and compassion on the job and through his involvement with St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Suring and the Suring community.
