Proceedings of April 28
• Judge Michael Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed Shawn Michael Schoen, 48, Marinette, on six years of probation after for theft by a contractor, in connection with an incident that occurred March 16, 2020. Conditions of probation include one year in the Oconto County Jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges and regular payments toward restitution of $103,297.04.
• Judge withheld sentencing and placed Edward Alexander Lewis, 52, Oconto Falls, on three years of probation with conditions after for possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a drug trafficking place and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that occurred May 25, 2024. Judge had previously withheld judgment pursuant to the conditions of a deferred judgment agreement involving an earlier case involving possession with intent to deliver amphetamine that occurred Feb. 7, 2023.
• John M. Sundberg, 69, Suring, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 9. The charges were amended from a felony count. Judge levied court costs of $926.

• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Jerome J. Pomeroy, 62, Green Bay, after he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (10th or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock order in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 24. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.

• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Devin D. Lakonen-Smet, 24, Suring, after he was charged with three counts of the manufacture and delivery of amphetamine (less than 3 grams each), three counts of maintaining a drug trafficking place and three counts of felony bail jumping in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 29 and Oct. 26, 2023. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.
• Robert V. Julius Jr., 30, Shawano, pleaded not guilty to two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Aug. 1. Conley scheduled a plea and sentencing hearing for July 16.
• Andrew J. Lemirande, 43, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 20. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 22.
• Ashley L. Lulloff, 40, Abrams, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of an illegally obtained prescription in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 19. Judge scheduled a bail/bond hearing for May 9.
• Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Henry B. Gryer, 54, Menominee, Michigan, after he was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and a misdemeanor count of possession of THC in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 24. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.

• Judge withheld sentencing and placed Shauna L. Rouse, 46, New Franken, on two years of probation with conditions for possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred May 18, 2024.
• Brandon M. Lewis, 35, Gillett, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 28. Judge scheduled sentencing for July 8 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
• Bond was set at $7,500 for Brandon Romo, 17, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with third-degree sexual assault and misdemeanor counts of sexual intercourse with a person aged 15-19 and victim intimidation in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred April 17 and 26. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.

• Andrew J. Miller, 41, Menominee, Michigan, pleaded no contest to felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting an officer in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Jan. 6 and 7. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions including nine months in jail with Huber work-release and good time privileges. Miller received credit for 23 days already served. Judge ruled that the sentence is consecutive to the penalty in a Marinette County case.
• Cody J. Meyer, 37, Oconto Falls, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of burglary to a building or dwelling, two counts of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, two counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of theft and two misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred Aug. 23, 2024, and Jan. 12, 2025. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for July 17.
• Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Devin D. Lakonen-Smet, 24, Suring, after he was further charged with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine (10-50 grams), maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 9, 2024. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.
• Bond was set at $500 cash for GaNiyra C. Cason, 19, Oshkosh, after she was charged with issuing worthless checks, forgery, and theft of movable property in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 1. Judge adjourned her initial appearance until May 22.
• Bond was set at $500 cash for Logan L. Hernandez, 39, Shawano, after he was charged with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of cocaine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 2. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.
