Shawano area Grace Trails host special events

May is National Grace Trail Month, and Shawano Pathways has invited the community to experience the transformative power of the Grace Trail. These trails offer a unique opportunity to connect with nature while engaging in personal contemplation. Two special events are planned for the Shawano Grace Trails. • May 19, Alpine Shores Grace Trail, 286 Northridge Drive, Shawano. Third-grade students will walk the trail throughout the day. The community is also welcome to experience the Grace Trail at any time on this day. • May 20, Navarino Nature Center Grace Trail, W5646 Lindsten Road, Shiocton. Join a guided group walk on the 1-mile trail from 4-5 p.m. Following the walk, a celebration will be held inside the nature center at 5:30 p.m., featuring food, videos and speakers. Grace Trail creator Anne Barry Jolles will speak, offering personal insights into the inspiration and growth of the Grace Trail movement. Shawano Pathways encourages everyone to participate in these events and discover the benefits of walking a Grace Trail.
