• Bond was set at $650 cash for Luis Cuevas, 24, Kimberly, after he was charged with throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety officer or prosecutor, misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 19. Judge Michael Judge adjourned his initial appearance until May 22.
• Bond was set at $8,000 cash for Andrew J. Lemirande, 43, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 20. Scheduling of a preliminary hearing was pending.
Proceedings of April 22
• Steven M. Bickel, 41, Lena, pleaded no contest to possession of narcotic drugs and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 29, 2023. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Michael T. Stangel, 37, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and one count of misdemeanor battery, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 22, 2023. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge withheld sentencing and placed him on 18 months of probation with conditions.
• Jacob J. Prochnow, 31, Crivitz, pleaded not guilty to charges of battery or threat to a law officer, throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker or prosecutor, and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense) and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 12. Judge Jay Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for May 27.
• Bond was set at $4,000 cash for Ashley L. Lulloff, 40, Abrams, after she was charged with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of an illegally obtained prescription, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 19. Judge scheduled a preliminary hearing for April 30.
Proceedings of April 23
• After a one-day jury trial, Terrence Lee Ludwig, 65, Suring, was found guilty of of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and operating with a prohibited alcohol content (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred July 8, 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for June 19 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Proceedings of April 24
• Alfred Duane Gristeau, 26, Gillett, pleaded not guilty to eight counts of burglary to a building or dwelling, one count of theft of movable property-special facts, and 14 misdemeanor charges: 11 counts of theft of movable property worth less than $2,500, five counts of criminal damage to property, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred between Oct. 31 to Dec. 14. Judge schedule a pre-trial conference for May 22.
• Joshua W. Longsine, 36, Oconto Falls, pleaded not guilty to taking and driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and felony bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 13. Conley schedule arraignment for April 24. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 26.
• Russell P. Radaj, 55, Lena, pleaded not guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 29. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 26.
• Nicholas Donald Collar, 32, New London, pleaded not guilty to possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 12. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 26..
• A $5,000 signature bond was set for Carla Ann Shafman, 31, Hancock, after she was charged with repeated acts of physical child abuse resulting in bodily harm. Shafman waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty, and Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for June 17.
Proceedings of April 25
• Fred J. Masten, 76, Appleton, was sentenced to five years in prison, followed by seven years of extended supervision, for theft of movable property and criminal damage to property, in connection with an incident that occurred May 25, 2024. Conley gave him credit for 332 days already served and scheduled a restitution hearing for June 3.
• Nancy Noel Mulkey, 27, Green Bay, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred Oct. 17. A related felony bail jumping charged was dismissed in a plea agreement. Conley levied fines and sentenced her to 119 days already served in the county jail.
