Proceedings of May 5 • Judge Michael Judge withheld sentencing and placed Kyle K. Sydor, 36, Oconto, on two years of probation for felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred Dec. 16, and a misdemeanor count of theft, in connection with an incident that occurred March 18, 2021. The 2021 count was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. • Wildon Jerome Dillard, 29, Chicago, pleaded no contest to driving or operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred May 30, 2023. Judge Jay Conley scheduled sentencing for June 18 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • Monnaleah Margaret Long, 40, Suring, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred May 14, 2024. Judge scheduled sentencing for July 8 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • A final pre-trial conference was held for Kurtis Lee Peters, 28, Keshena, who is scheduled to stand trial May 20-21 on charges of armed robbery, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and false imprisonment, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 13. • A May 20-21 jury trial was postponed to Sept. 9-10 for Gary Michael Wilger, 65, Burlington, on charges of stalking and misdemeanor bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Jan. 26, 2024. Conley scheduled a final pre-trial conference for Aug. 18. • Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Dillon William Eckstein, 28, Oshkosh, after he was charged with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (third offense) and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 4. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until May 22. • Bond was set at $500 cash for Melina Kathryn Isabel Herr, 24, Gillett, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 3. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until May 22. Proceedings of May 7 • Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence, then placed Cassandra Ann Braddock, 24, Keshena, on two years of probation for child neglect and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred May 13, 2024. • Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Franklin Cuevas Caraballo, 27, Milwaukee, after he was charged with possession of an illegal article and misdemeanor counts of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 2. Judge adjourned his initial appearance until June 19. Proceedings of May 8 • Benjamin D.J. Zirbel, 36, a Crystal Falls, Michigan, man serving time at the Wisconsin Secure Program Facility in Beetown, pleaded no contest to receiving stolen property, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 8, 2024; possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and fleeing an officer in a vehicle causing bodily harm and/or property damage, in connection with an incident that occurred Jan. 4, 2024; and manufacturing with intent to deliver methamphetamine and manufacturing with intent to deliver THC, in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 1, 2023. Judge scheduled sentencing for July 9 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation. • After a preliminary hearing, Darin Vaughn Kaquatosh, 40, Gillett, was bound over on a charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 12. Judge scheduled arraignment for May 22.
