Samantha L. Smith, 18, Oconto, pleaded not guilty to 13 charges of possession with the intent to deliver drugs as a party to a crime May 30 in Oconto and three counts of bail jumping. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A pretrial conference is July 10.

Leon F. Wychesit, 48, Gillett, pleaded not guilty to charges of second degree recklessly endangering safety May 4 in Gillett. The court reduced the bond from $5,000 to $1,500 cash bond. A pretrial conference is June 5.

A preliminary hearing was held and waived for Raul M. Saldana, 36, Texas, on charges of possession of THC (tetrahydrocannabinols) second and subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia April 22 in the town of Abrams. An arraignment is May 30.
