Dessie Arlene Adams, 93, passed away on Oct. 5, 2022, at Rocky Knoll Health Care Center, where she has resided since April 2016. Her previous residence was on Frederick Street in Plymouth. Dessie was born April 14, 1929, in a farm house in Juneau County near Wonewoc, Wisconsin. She was a daughter to the late Preymer and Dessie Mary (Sutherland) Rynes. At the age of 3, her family moved to a farm near Camp Douglas.

Norbert E. Mullen, 74, of Gillett, went to his heavenly home on Oct. 4, 2022. He was born June 21, 1948, son of the late Emmet and Lucille Mullen. Norbert grew up on the family farm in Oneida. He enjoyed farming and teaching his children the value of good hard work, dedication, kindness and going to church every Sunday.

Ann “Betty Ann” Mary Wynos, 82, passed away on Friday, Oct. 7, 2022, in Antigo. She was born on May 11, 1940, to the late Walter and Dorothy (LaMotte) Peters in Keshena. Ann was united in marriage to Louis “Sabu” Wynos Jr. in Keshena. Louis preceded her in death in 2004. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with them; especially her grandchildren.

David Lee Olson, 84, Cecil, died suddenly Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022, with his wife, Diane, at his side. A private family service will be held. Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere, is assisting the family. Bonnie J. Pues, 72, of the Town of Navarino, Shawano County, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022. Bonnie was born on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, 1950, in Clintonville as the daughter of the late Eugene and Mildred (Van Voorhis) Carpenter. She spent her early years in Clintonville, and as a child her family moved to the Navarino area. She was united in marriage to James “Jim” Pues on Dec. 18, 1969, in Michigan.

Michael Jon Schmidt, 59, of Shawano, passed away at his home on Friday, Sept. 30, 2022, after a courageous year-long battle with cancer. Born on April 29, 1963, in Shawano, he was the son of John “Jack” and Ruby (Schultz) Schmidt. After graduating from Shawano High School, Mike proudly served in the United States Army from 1981 to 1987.
