GIRLS WRESTLING: Shawano beat by New London
Shawano’s girl wrestlers are back at, winning 18-9 in a dual meet at New London on Jan. 11. “We started with an exhibition match at 132 that had Breleigh Thornock earning a fall in 5:29,” coach Mike Homan said. “It was a back-and-forth match, and Breleigh did a great job securing the pin at the end.” The next match was Jenna Moede at 114. She wrestled Sophia Hull-Riggs and earned a fall in 1:42.
