If this were the hot steamy days of July and August, I’d say we were in the dog days of summer, but what do I call the cold and snowy winter days of January? Whenever I am out and about, all I hear from people is how they long for spring. I agree, but how often have we had spring in January? So, why fuss and fret over the weather?
