Two former BMO Harris Bank branch offices in Gillett and Little Suamico will go to auction next week. Online bidding begins April 14 and ends April 23.
The Gillett office, 204 E Main St., is a 2,367 square-foot building on a 22,828 square-foot site. Starting bid is $50,000. An on-site inspection is scheduled from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, April 15.
The Little Suamico office, 1288 E. Frontage Road, is a 5,251 square-foot building on a 87,119 square-foot site. Starting bid is $50,000. An on-site inspection is scheduled from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, April 15.
The auction will be conducted by Rick Levin & Associates Inc., a Chicago-based real estate auction marketing firm.
The Gillett Library has submitted an offer to purchase the Gillett office, which is next door to the library, for use as a learning and activity center. The library’s board of directors is raising funds for an expansion to provide space for programming and meeting rooms. The board would drop its expansion plans and instead renovate the bank building if the purchase is approved.
