Jose A. Nieto, 37, Suring, was sentenced to 25 years incarceration and 10 years extended supervision on charges of child enticement, which occurred Dec. 3 in the town of How. During his supervision period, he is to have no contact with the victim, victim’s family or minor children, must maintain absolute sobriety and must be employed full time.
Samantha A. Martine, 24, Thorp, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of bail jumping on March 13 in the town of Oconto. A $10,000 cash bond continues. A sentencing hearing is June 2.
Proceedings from April 14
Mathew R. Pearson, 21, Niagara, pleaded no contest to theft-movable property (special facts) as party to a crime and theft-movable property (greater than $5,000-$10,000) as party to a crime, which allegedly occurred in Abrams on Sept. 6, 2012. A $1,000 bond continues. A sentencing hearing is May 27.
Ryan G. Larson, 20, Sobieski, pleaded no contest to two counts of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime, which allegedly occurred in Little Suamico on Sept. 9. A $2,000 bond continues. A sentencing hearing is June 4.
Robert J. Willis, 22, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime May 8 and 9 and attempted burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime May 12, both in the village of Lena. A sentence hearing is June 20.
A jury trial is scheduled June 24 for Mark H. Woods, 59, Oconto Falls, on charges of strangulation and suffocation which allegedly occurred Sept. 22 in Oconto Falls. A $2,000 bond continues.
A preliminary hearing was held for Daemon P. Hasster, 18, Suring, on charges of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime, and three counts of theft-movable property (special facts) as party to a crime. Both charges allegedly occurred Feb. 9 and 21 in Mountain and Brazeau. An arraignment is May 7.
An initial appearance was held for Travis R. Pecha, 27, Oconto, on charges of strangulation and suffocation domestic abuse, which allegedly occurred April 12 in Pensaukee. A $5,000 bond was set. A continued initial appearance is May 8.
An initial appearance was held for Sean P. Ahnen, 21, Little Suamico, on charges of felony bail jumping, which allegedly occurred Oct. 13 in Little Suamico. A $5,000 cash bond was set. A continued initial appearance is May 8.
Proceedings from April 15
Sarah L. Lieberger, 30, Sobieski, was sentenced on charges of identity theft- financial gain, which occurred July 6, 2012, in Chase. She was sentenced to 50 days in jail, and after 10 days was granted Huber privileges for work, childcare and doctor appointments. The court ordered her to pay restitution totaling $1,519.39. She has a three-year probation period, with the conditions she have no contact with the victim or victim’s family, no checking accounts or online banking, and no possession or use of any credit cards. A charge for bail jumping was dismissed.
A waiver preliminary hearing was held for Dustin S. Elliott, 19, Pound, on two counts of burglary of a building or dwelling as party to a crime, which allegedly occurred in Mountain, and three counts of theft-movable property (special facts) as party to a crime, which allegedly occurred Jan. 1 and Feb. 9, 21 and 22. A cash bond of $15,000 continues. An arraignment is April 28.
Robert P. Dulka, 30, Green Bay, is charged with two charges of second degree reckless endangering safety, which allegedly occurred April 7 in Little River. A bond of $1,000 continues. A status conference and preliminary hearing are May 22.
