Jason P. Dickelman, 35, of Clintonville, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester, Minnesota. He was born on April 7, 1979, in Green Bay, the son of Randy and Jane (Porter) Dickelman.
Jason was raised in Shawano and graduated from Shawano High School in 1998. On Feb. 10, 2006, he married Sara Shondel in Shawano, where the couple continued to live until 2007 when they moved to Clintonville. Jason worked at Marion Body Works, Klein Coatings, Clintonville, Alliance Industries, Waupaca, and was currently working and certified through Fox Valley Technical College, Appleton, in small engine repair.
Jason enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles and watching sports on TV, especially football. He was an active volunteer with the Head Start Program in Clintonville. Jason was very family oriented and will be missed and remembered as a loving husband and father who enjoyed and cared for his family.
Survivors include his wife, Sara, and their sons, Lucaz, Logan, Liam and baby Dickelman expected in January; parents, Randy and Jane Dickelman, Shawano; sisters, Jennifer (Michael) Eggert and Hailey, Bonduel, Jaime (Kevin) Zastrow and Kyle, Bonduel; mother-in-law, Jodee (Richard) Pahl, Shawano, and her mother, Arlene Reeves, Cedar Rapids, Iowa; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Emily Shondel, Shawano, Eric (Kim) Reeves, Marion; paternal stepgrandmother, Bonnie Dickelman-Cannon, Shawano; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a nephew, Devin Eggert; his maternal grandparents, Sylvester and Katherine Porter; and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Marian Dickelman.
Funeral services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at the Family of Christ Assembly of God Church, 600 S. Main St., Clintonville, with the Rev. Richard Vanman officiating. Interment will be in the Graceland Cemetery, Clintonville. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Jason’s family.
