Fabry, Gerth lead Pulaski at Brookfield

Brookfield Central Lancer Invitational

Pulaski’s girls collected 81 points and placed third among 16 teams in Brookfield, while the boys had 62 points and placed fourth among 23 teams.

Emerson Fabry won the 800-meter run in 2:33.19 and the 1,600-meter run in 5:13.22.

Maggie Gerth won the 3,200-meter run in 11:23.13.

Pulaski golfers placed sixth and Oconto Falls was 26th among 32 teams at The Club at Lac La Belle near Oconomowoc.

The Red Raiders tallied 316, and the Panthers scored 365.

Pulaski junior Bradin Schultz scored 73, tied for the fourth-best score. Also scoring for Pulaski were Brady Hayward at 75, Ben Klarner at 83 and Casey Madlem at 85.

Anthony Ficari scored twice and Ricky Thomson scored once in Pulaski’s 11-3 loss to Sun Prairie United at Four Seasons Park.

Gloriana Wayka hit 3-for-3 with a triple, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored as the Eagles dominated the Warhawks 20-7.

Vanessa Madosh had 2 RBIs and a run scored, while Avani Nieves hit 2-for-2 with a double at 2 RBIs. Natalie Peters also had 2 RBIs, 4 runs scored and a triple. Whiloe Windorski also scored 4 runs.

Oconto Falls girls earned 101 points and finished second among 15 teams it their home invite. The boys tallied 72 points and placed fifth among 14 teams.

Bonduel’s girls were third with 80 points, with Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas Academy scoring 29 points and placing eighth.
