Shawano scored six runs in the first inning and ran away with the game, crushing Green Bay West-East 25-0.

The game lasted only three innings.

The Hawks scored another 13 runs in the second inning and six in the third.

Green Bay West-East committed six errors.

Brooks Hartlaben had two of Bonduel’s seven hits as the Bears defeated Shiocton 4-3 on the baseball diamond.

Cole Wudtke was the winning pitcher. In four innings, he allowed three runs on four hits while walking two and striking out five.

Shawano golfers placed sixth out of seven teams at the Shawano Lake Golf Course.

The Hawks scored a 185, clearing Green Bay East’s seventh-place score of 195. Seymour won with a 134.

Shawano’s top score was 44 by Brayden Mead. He was followed by Duane Gristeau-Blanche at 45, Collin Dieck at 46 and T.J. Smith at 50.

Bonduel baseball team comes from behind to beat Chargers

Jackson Raiment hit a solo home run in Bonduel’s 6-4 come-from-behind win over Wittenberg-Birnamwood in CWC-East action.

Joe Felhofer hit 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a double. Aiden Hillsberg hit 2-for-3 with an RBI, and Beckett Hartlaben was also 2-for-3.

Gresham/Bowler’s boys and girls track teams each placed fifth among eight teams at Plainfield.

The girls scored 46 points, while the boys tallied 36.

Addison Fischer placed second in the triple jump and sixth in the 400-meter dash.

Bonduel softball team shuts out Norway

Three Lakes/Phelps blew open the game with 11 runs in the fifth and final inning to, erasing a slim 3-2 lead and winning 14-2 on the softball diamond.

The Mustangs scored two runs in the first inning but couldn’t cross the plate again during the game.
