Zion Lutheran Church announces the launch of its new Zion Singles Fellowship, a group dedicated to providing a welcoming, supportive space for single adults in the Shawano area.
The group’s first gathering will take place Nov. 18 with a special kickoff event at Zion Lutheran Church, 1254 S. Union St., Shawano.
This new ministry aims to create a vibrant community for singles to grow in faith, build friendships and find opportunities to serve others. Open to all single adults, the Zion Singles Fellowship is designed to foster spiritual growth and authentic connections through regular monthly gatherings featuring outings, Bible studies and community service projects.
The kickoff event will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a dessert potluck, followed by a devotional and fellowship and an introduction to the group’s mission and future activities. All singles are invited to bring a dessert to share and enjoy an evening of fellowship and inspiration. Whether looking for a place to grow spiritually, connect with others or simply meet new friends, the Zion Singles Fellowship welcomes all to join this transformative gathering.
“We’re thrilled to offer this new ministry to single adults in our community,” said Kristin WhiteHorse, youth and family director at Zion Lutheran Church. “Our goal is to create an inclusive space where singles can deepen their faith, enjoy fellowship and find ways to serve alongside others.”
