The Machickanee Players have announced that they are back on stage after an absence of two years. The group will be producing “The Charitable Sisterhood of the Second Trinity Church” written by Bo Wilson. This comedy follows the group as they unpack and comment on the donations they received for the flood victims in Guatemala.

Singers invited to Easter cantata
Singers are invited to be part of a musical celebration of Easter by joining a choir at Grace Lutheran Church, 501 S. 2022 Trump Lake Fish-O-Ree canceled
The American Legion Sylvan Post 44 and the Wabeno Lions Club have announced the February 2022 Trump Lake Fish-O-Ree has been canceled. No reason was furnished for the cancellation, but both groups said they expected that the Trump Lake Fish-O-Ree will be back in 2023.
