• Timothy P. Reiter, 60, Birnamwood, pleaded no contest Oct. 28 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Judge Leon Stenz withheld sentencing and placed him on three years of probation with conditions including 10 months in county jail with Huber work release and good time privileges. • Alexis R. Wilber, 24, Keshena, had her probation revoked Aug. 2 on two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and three counts of felony bail jumping. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced her to one year in prison followed by two years of extended supervision. • Derrick R. Thunder, 41, Gresham, was found guilty at a July 30 jury trial of strangulation and suffocation, victim intimidation, second-degree recklessly endangering safety, battery or threat to a law officer, failure to comply with an officer trying to take him into custody, 15 counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor charges of battery and disorderly conduct. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him Oct. 30 to three years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision. • Clayton E. Thunder, 48, Green Bay, was charged Oct. 28 with possession of methamphetamine and possession of a concealed knife. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 11. • Twila M. Shawano, 53, Bowler, was charged Oct. 28 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of battery and disorderly conduct. Sloma set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 4. • Chenice E. Olson, 23, Gillett, was charged Oct. 29 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 8. • Stiles G. Sechrist, 33, Neopit, was charged Oct. 31 with throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a law officer or prosecutor, misdemeanor charges including five counts of bail jumping, two counts of resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct and attempted criminal damage to property. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 11. • Gabino Castaneda, 26, Cecil, was charged Oct. 31 with child abuse intentionally causing harm, 13 counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts each of battery and disorderly conduct, and a misdemeanor count of criminal damage to property. Kussel set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 7. • Derrick R. Johnsen, 26, Shawano, was charged Oct. 31 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,200 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 5. • Lester F. Moesch, 41, Cecil, was charged Oct. 31 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and violating an ignition interlock device order. Kussel set a $4,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 6. • Forrest B. Field, 34, Shawano, was charged Nov. 1 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 20. • Kayla M. Childs, 36, Shawano, was charged Nov. 1 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 7. • Orman D. Waukau, 39, Shawano, was charged Nov. 1 with three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 11.
