Oconto Falls’ Miller advance to state golf meet

Oct. 8 Division 2 Seymour Sectional Oconto Falls’ Taylor Miller tied for second place at Crystal Springs Golf Course in Seymour and qualified for the WIAA state golf meet. She scored a 92 on the par-72 course. As a team, the Panthers placed fourth with a 409. Joining Miller were Olivia Wagner at 103, Ava Salscheider at 106 and Kylie Thompson at 108. Addy Kluth finished with a 112. Bonduel’s Paige Wolf ended the day with a 114. Division 1 Bay Port Sectional Pulaski’s Grace Melzer tied for 41st place with a 109 on the par-72 course at Thornberry Creek at Oneida in Hobart.
