Elmore H. Baumgarten Sr., 94, of Shawano, passed away peacefully Friday morning, Feb. 26, 2021 at ThedaCare Medical Center-Shawano. Elmore was born July 18, 1926 in the Town of Belle Plaine, a son of the late, Otto and Violet (Griesbach) Dickow. He attended country school before enlisting in the U.S. Army where he served in World War II.

Esther (Vandenbush) Jenquine, 96, of Lena, passed away on Feb. 27, 2021, at Woodside Senior Community in Green Bay with her family by her side. Born Nov. 19, 1924, to the late Albert and Nellie Vandenbush in the town of Preble. She married Harold Jenquine on June 7, 1947, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Green Bay. Dr. Roy J. Habeck, 87, of Shawano, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021, at the Cottages in Shawano. Roy was born Oct. 11, 1933, to Otto and Ida (Ziemer) Habeck.

Julie Jane Aton was born on Nov. 28, 1963, in Tigerton and passed on Feb. 19, 2021, in Vallejo, California after a long battle with cancer. Julie graduated from Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School and lived in several states before settling in California.

Gregory “Greg” Lee Baugnet, 68, Spruce, died peacefully at home on a beautiful, warm winter day, Feb.23, 2021, with his family by his side, after a 5 month battle with cancer.
