A Tigerton man has been indicted for allegedly using a shotgun to assault or interfere with a postal carrier, according to court documents. On Sept. 24, Benjamin L. Joos, 43, allegedly, “knowingly and by means and use of a dangerous weapon, namely a shotgun, did forcibly assault, oppose, impede, intimidate, and interfere with a female postal worker while she was on the job,” according to the indictment issued on Oct.
