Patricia L. Koszarek

Patricia Lynn “Chee-Chee” “Patsy” Koszarek, 58, of Shawano, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 24, 2015. She was born on Jan. 8, 1957, in Keshena, daughter of the late Michael and Delores (Waupoose) Koszarek Jr. In 1975, Patsy married Mark Gray; together the couple had three children. In 1987 Patsy married Eugene Mueller Jr. Patsy’s family was the most important thing in her life, she was the “Mother Bear” of her family.
Eldor Erdmann
Eldor Erdmann, 96, of the town of Richmond, passed on to his heavenly father on Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was born on Oct. 24, 1918, in the town of Richmond, to the late August and Zelma (Kroenke) Erdmann. Eldor and Patricia Kelm were united in marriage on Feb. 22, 2005. Eldor served honorably in the United States Army in World War II from Feb. 5, 1942, to Oct.
Bernard Lee Paulson
Bernard Lee Paulson, 98, of Shawano, died on Friday, May 22, 2015. Born on Jan. 19, 1917, in the town of Waukechon, he was the son of the late Melvin and Stella (Olson) Paulson. Bernard was inducted in the United States Army in 1941, taking him to Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhineland and Central Europe before being discharged in 1945. On June 11, 1949, Bernard was united in marriage to Dolores G.
Philip Graham
Philip “Phil” Graham, 78, of Tigerton, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2015, at the Shawano Medical Center. Philip Lester Graham was born on March 21, 1937, in the town of Morris, Shawano County, to Robert and Bertha (Jensen) Graham. He was raised and attended school in the Tigerton area. Phil was united in marriage on Oct. 17, 1959, to Norene L. Meyer in Wausau.
Keesha J. Madosh
Keesha “Kenëkiew” Jade Madosh, 20, of Keshena, began her journey to the Spirit World on Sunday morning, May 24, 2015, in Appleton, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Keesha was born Aug. 23, 1994, in Shawano. She attended Menominee Indian High School, graduating in 2012. She then attended the College of Menominee Nation, graduating with a degree in office technology in 2013.
Roland R. Bloedorn
Roland Robert “Rollie” Bloedorn, 88, of Cecil, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2015, in Shawano. Rollie was born on Aug. 9, 1926, in Chilton, the son of the late Robert and Esther (Bartelt) Bloedorn. He was inducted into the Army in 1950 and served during the Korean conflict. On Dec. 26, 1970, Rollie was married to Ida (Hoppe) Wudtke in Shawano. She preceded him in death in 2013.
Georgianna M. Delabrue
Georgianna M. Delabrue, 43, of Neopit, passed away unexpectedly on May 25, 2015, at her home. Georgianna was born in Milwaukee on Aug. 21, 1971, to Clyde Delabrue and the late Janet (Caldwell) Delabrue. Georgianna was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.

Library has summer programs for all ages
Public libraries across Wisconsin are gearing up to offer summer reading programs. At Shawano City-County Library, the program begins June 1 and runs through Aug. 15 and is available to patrons of all ages. The children’s program is for ages birth through fifth grade, teen program for ages sixth grade through 17, and adult program for those 18 and older.
Local students working at JA Biz Town
Students and teachers from Olga Brener Intermediate School, St. James School and Sacred Heart School are helping run a town this week. Local fifth-graders, as well as some fourth- and sixth-graders, are filling key roles at JA BizTown on Wednesday and Thursday at the Junior Achievement Kohl’s Education Center in Milwaukee. Students spend a day operating a bank, restaurant, newspaper, retail store, city hall and 10 other businesses.
