Proceedings of Oct. 18 • Fred J. Masten, 75, Appleton, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to theft of movable property, taking and driving a vehicle without consent, criminal damage to property and arson of property other than a building, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25. Judge Jay Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 21. • Kendra Ivanell Gile, 36, Suring, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of capturing an intimate representation, burglary to a building or residence and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 25. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 12. • Bond was set at $750 cash for Nancy Noel Mulkey, 26, Green Bay, after she was charged with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 17. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Nov. 7. Proceedings of Oct. 17 • Bond was set at $10,000 cash for Antonio Wells, 32, Gillett, after he was charged with misappropriating ID information to obtain money, six counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 3. Conley scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 24 for the new charges and a previously filed case where Wells is charged with six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11. He also faces May 25 charges of six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of driving without a valid license. • Bond was set at $8,000 cash for Alyssa M. Vanstraten, 32, Gillett, after she was charged with misappropriating ID information to obtain money, two counts felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 3. Vanstraten also faces two counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11, and charges of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 28. Conley scheduled a preliminary hearing on the new charges for Nov. 4. • A bench warrant was issued for Venus Marie Nelson, 39, Green Bay, after she failed to make a court appearance on a charge of victim intimidation threatening force and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 15. • A bench warrant was issued for Harley Dean Stands, 30, Crandon, after he failed to appear for a hearing on charges of possession of cocaine (second or subsequent offense), three counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 22. • A bench warrant was issued for Ivan Anthony Huff, 27, Chippewa Falls, after he failed to appear on a charge of fleeing an officer in his vehicle, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 25. • Bond was set at $750 cash for Raymond Lawrence Pamanet, 21, Keshena, after he was charged with fleeing an officer in his vehicle and a misdemeanor count of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 16. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 7. Proceedings of Oct. 14 • Dennis D. Miller, Green Bay, 66, Green Bay, was placed on four years probation after Conley imposed and stayed a prison sentence for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (fourth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 2, 2023. • Bond was set at $5,000 cash for Chelsea Belle O’Donnell, 27, Amberg, after she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 11. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until Nov. 7.
