• Jessi L. Gardner, 30, Aniwa, pleaded no contest Oct. 2 to possession of narcotic drugs. Judge William Kussel Jr. withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions, fines and costs.
• Tony R. Rootes, 34, Mattoon, pleaded no contest Oct. 2 to possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him to 10 months in the county jail.
• Eric E. Godsey, 50, Antigo, pleaded no contest Sept. 30 to posting or publishing a private representation without consent, two counts of disorderly conduct, all misdemeanors. One charge was amended from a felony. Sloma levied fines and fees of $1,778.
• Ammie L. Munoz, 55, Gresham, pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to two misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Several counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed. Sloma levied fines and sentenced her to 180 days in county jail, with credit for 26 days already served.
• Tyler J. Thunder, 22, Keshena, was charged Sept. 30 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 8.
• Cody R. Boivin, 35, Keshena, was charged Sept. 30 with four counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 14.
• Richard A. Tourtillott, 34, Keshena, was charged Sept. 30 with strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor counts including battery, disorderly conduct and 11 counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 21.
• Orman D. Waukau, 39, Shawano, was charged Oct. 2 with two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Dec. 2.
• William J. Matchopatow, 54, Shawano, was charged Oct. 3 with two counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 22.
• Cynthia J. Funderburg, 67, Wittenberg, was charged Oct. 3 with three counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of retail theft. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 21.
• Kylee M. Tourtillott, 32, Shawano, was charged Oct. 4 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Oct. 17.
