Proceedings of Oct. 24 • Antonio Wells, 32, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information to obtain money, six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 3; as well as six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11; and six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of driving without a valid license, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 2. • Tyler Adam Ralph, 30, Mountain, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, attempted escape from criminal arrest and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 20. Neumann, 31, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 27.
