Proceedings of Oct. 25 • Bond was set at $500 cash for Anthony Funk, 64, Krakow, after he was charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent and a misdemeanor count of lewd and lascivious behavior, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 23. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until Nov. 7. Proceedings of Oct. 24 • Antonio Wells, 32, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to misappropriating ID information to obtain money, six counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of credit card theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of movable property, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 3; as well as six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 11; and six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of driving without a valid license, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 25. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 2. • Tyler Adam Ralph, 30, Mountain, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, attempted escape from criminal arrest and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 20. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7. • Paula Jo Hackett, 41, Shawano, waived her right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to fleeing an officer in a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 28. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7. • James L. Valley, 39, Cecil, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to battery or threat to a law officer and misdemeanor counts of lewd and lascivious behavior, disorderly conduct and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 14. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 12. Proceedings of Oct. 22 • Brandon J. Neumann, 31, Gillett, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to three counts of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 27. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Nov. 7. • Erick Robert Spreeman, 34, Coleman, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to theft in a business setting, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 24, 2023. Conley scheduled a pre-trial conference for Dec. 12.
