Welch, 36, Shawano, pleaded no contest May 5 to second-degree sexual assault of a child, child sexual exploitation, use of a computer to facilitate a child sex crime, and possession of child pornography. Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced him Aug. 24 to 15 years in prison followed by 15 years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Caden J. Vogel, 22, Appleton, pleaded no contest Aug. 26 to possession of methamphetamine and two counts of felony bail jumping. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on four years of probation with conditions.
• Jamie L. Morgan, 46, a Winnebago man serving a sentence at Oshkosh Correctional Institution, pleaded no contest May 12 to manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamine. Sloma sentenced him Aug. 26 to three years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions.
• Mark Anthony Melby, 65, Antigo, pleaded no contest Aug. 26 to a forfeiture offense of theft. The charge was amended from a felony in a plea agreement. Sloma levied fines including restitution of $3,051.
• Kaitlynn F. Cress, 31, Shawano, pleaded no contest Jan. 30 to two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, and two counts of causing injury by the use of a vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Sloma sentenced her Aug. 24 to five years in prison followed by five years of extended supervision.
• Anthony M. Teller, 42, Neopit, pleaded no contest Aug. 28 to two counts of felony bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him to 180 days in county jail.
• Kari M. Foster, 34, Clintonville, was charged Aug. 24 with possession of an illegal article, possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 1.
• Christopher J. Ziemer, 44, Clintonville, was charged July 13 with seven counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $7,500 signature bond Aug. 26 and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 21.
• Louis J. Wolf, 22, Neopit, was charged Aug. 27 with felony bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of bail jumping and disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $600 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 21.
• Koda A. Salinas, 19, Keshena, was charged Aug. 27 with child abuse intentionally causing harm and a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 13.
