Menominee Nation boys take second at Marion cross-country meet

Oct. 7 Marion Invitational Menominee Nation boys placed second out of three complete teams, just one point behind Amherst but well ahead of Weyauwega-Fremont. Ryan Corn placed third overall in 19:45. The Eagles earned spots seven through 11 with Jason Chapman in seventh at 20:21.8. Following him were Barron Waupoose in 20:47, Quinn Olson in 20:48.9, Francis Delabrau in 20:50.8 and Michael Peters III in 20:51.2. Cashius Reevis finished in 17th place with a time of 22:14. Mikey Chapman placed 32nd, Cody Peters was 34th and Louis Kakkak was 37th. Marion runner Tristan Herro was 26th with a final time of 23:43.2. On the girls course, Menominee Nation’s Urijah Reevis earned fourth place with a time of 24:44.5. Anisa Peters placed 24th. Marion’s Bella Conover was 15th in 29:17.2 and Bridget Much was 16th in 29:21.7.
