• Tyler J. Martinez, 34, Green Bay, pleaded no contest May 15 to five counts of burglary and one felony count each of theft and bail jumping. Judge William Kussel Jr. sentenced him July 31 to 42 months in state prison, consecutive to a sentence he is currently serving, followed by five years of extended supervision with conditions. • Yonakwala O. Scow, 33, Oneida, pleaded no contest Aug. 7 to possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs and two counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel withheld sentencing and placed her on three years of probation with conditions including up to 120 days in county jail. • Timothy L. Teetzen, 57, pleaded no contest Aug. 8 to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense). Kussel levied fines, sentenced him to seven months in county jail with Huber work-release privileges and revoked his driver’s license for 24 months. • Eric A. Premeau, 50, Schofield, was charged Aug. 5 with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 30. • Cynthia J. Funderburg, 67, Wittenberg, was charged Aug. 5 with possession of methamphetamine, six counts of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 27. • Nicole A. Kaquatosh, 40, Shawano, was charged Aug. 5 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel set a $500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 14. • Navada L. Whitewing, 27, Wittenberg, was charged Aug. 5 with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 8. • Cornell J. Zhuckkahosee, 32, Keshena, was charged Aug. 7 with fleeing an officer in his vehicle, four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of operating while revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $10,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 16. • Shane C. Nigl, 35, Cecil, was charged Aug. 8 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 24. • Leonard J. Pecore, 31, Gresham, was charged Aug. 8 with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and three counts of felony bail jumping. Kussel set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Aug. 15. • Annalise L. Parker, 20, Shawano, was charged Aug. 9 with felony bail jumping, two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping and a misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid license. Kussel set a $500 cash bond and set a status conference for Aug. 21.
