Pulaski’s No. 3 doubles team captured the only win for the Red Raiders in a 6-1 loss to Bay Port on Sept. 4.

Aubrey Coel and Riley Hartman defeated Clara Hunt and Reese Van De Yacht 2-6, 6-3, 10-8.

Ruth Krause, Anna Krause, Emory Groteluschen and Elizabeth Dornfeld lost their singles matches.

Pulaski and North Fond du Lac battled to a scoreless draw Sept. 4 at the Oriole Athletic Complex in Fond du Lac.

The Red Raiders outshot the United North Fondy Co-op 9-1 but could not find the net to break the deadlock.

Matt Lechner had 11 saves in the goal to earn the shutout for North Fond du Lac (1-0-1). Jonah Drevs made one save in goal for the Pulaski (2-1-2) shutout.

There are several dates throughout September when seasons open. Hunters are encouraged to double-check season dates and that they have acquired all necessary licenses and stamps before going out for a hunt.

The 2025 bear hunting season opened Sept. 3. With diligent scouting and preparation efforts, bear hunters should expect another year of quality bear hunting this fall.
