Rainbow House will host a series of programs about dating for teenagers 13 to 18. The sessions will feature casual conversation and guest speakers.
Sessions will take place from 3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesdays from July 9-30 at the Gillett Public Library, 200 E. Main St., Gillett, and from 5-6 p.m. Mondays from July 7-28 at Suring Village Hall, 604 E. Main St. Participants should use the back entrance in Suring.

The topics are as follows:
Week 1 - Dating and Relationships for Teens: What is a healthy dating relationship? Participants will discuss healthy relationships and warning signs of unhealthy relationships.
Week 2 - Boundaries and Communication: Boundaries are crucial in dating relationships. Participants will discuss ways to set personal boundaries and the importance of communication in relationships.
Week 3 - Dating in a Digital World: Digital technology provides amazing things, however, sometimes it is misused in dating relationships.
Week 4 - Teen Dating and the Law: If a teen dating relationship is abusive, there are ways the law can help. Participants will discuss restraining orders, talking to law enforcement and the court process.
All groups and Rainbow House services are free and confidential. Teens under 18 need signed parental permission to attend.
