• Jon L. Hostetettler, 54, Appleton, pleaded no contest Sept. 16 to possession of methamphetamine. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on two years of probation with conditions.
• Luke Aiello, 40, Caroline, pleaded no contest Sept. 16 to misdemeanor bail jumping and two misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct. Related felony charges were dismissed but read into the record in a plea agreement. Sloma withheld sentencing and placed him on one years of probation with conditions.
• Allen M. Wier, 38, Menominee, Michigan, pleaded no contest July 16 to a sex offender registry violation. Sloma sentenced him Sept. 17 to 18 months in prison followed by 18 months of extended supervision with conditions.
• Justin T. Perez, 32, Shawano, was charged Sept. 14 with felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $2,500 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 14.
• Austin M. Hartmann, 31, Shawano, was charged Sept. 14 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $5,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 22.
• Cole D. Galland, 35, Shawano, was charged Sept. 14 with felony bail jumping, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $2,000 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 23.
• Cheryl C. Miller, 34, Keshena, was charged Sept. 14 with possession of narcotic drugs and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $250 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Nov. 16.
• Carl Lee Waupoose, 42, Milwaukee, was charged July 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia to produce or store methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor count of possession of an illegally obtained prescription. He failed to make his initial court appearance scheduled for Sept. 14, and Kussel authorized a $1,000 bench warrant for his arrest.
• John B. Doepker, 65, Shawano, was charged Aug. 14 with burglary, receiving stolen property, and three counts of felony theft. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond Sept. 15 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Nov. 5.
• Paul J. Waubunascum, 39, Shawano, was charged Sept. 16 with two counts of felony bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of criminal damage to property, and misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Sloma set a $5,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Sept. 22.
• Dana M. Gerow, 41, Tigerton, was charged Sept. 16 with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), two counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 7.
• Colin Oscar Miesbauer, 19, Shawano, was charged Sept. 18 with burglary and misdemeanor counts of theft and bail jumping. Sloma set a $1,000 signature bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 26.
• Jeffrey P. Zeise, 44, Shawano, was charged Sept. 18 with possession of methamphetamine, two counts of felony bail jumping, and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sloma set a $1,000 cash bond and scheduled a status conference for Oct. 13.
• Crystal M. Malone, 41, Bowler, was charged Sept. 18 with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense) and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Sloma set a $750 cash bond and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 23.
