A 34-year-old registered sex offender is scheduled to be released into the Shawano community in August, according to the Shawano County Sheriff’s Department.
Branden J. Broughton will be in the Shawano area and considered homeless.
Broughton was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child in Shawano County on Dec. 27, 2010.
He is required to register with the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry program for life and is require to comply with GPS tracking.
