Harassment — Police responded to a harassment complaint at Charlie’s County Market, 521 S. Main St. Disturbance — Police responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of Prairie Street. Theft — A TV and other items were reported stolen in the 900 block of South River Street. Shawano County Sheriff’s Department Dec. 2 Deputies logged 39 incidents, including the following: OWI — A 26-year-old Shawano man was arrested for operating while intoxicated on Lake Drive in the town of Wescott. Assault — Authorities responded to an assault complaint on Hemlock Road in the town of Wittenberg. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Old Lake Lane in the town of Wescott. Burglary — Authorities responded to a burglary on Lake Drive in the town of Wescott. Drug Offense — Authorities investigated a juvenile drug complaint on Hemlock Road in the town of Wittenberg. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a disturbance on Shepley Road in the town of Wittenberg. Accidents — Authorities responded to injury accidents on Highway 29 in the town of Waukechon and County Road E in the town of Washington, and logged three deer-related crashes. Dec. 1 Deputies logged 44 incidents, including the following: Auto Theft — A vehicle was reported stolen on Main Street in Gresham. Juvenile — Authorities responded to a juvenile problem on River Road in Bowler. Vandalism — A mailbox was reported vandalized on Birch Road in the town of Angelica. Disturbance — Authorities responded to a report of a fight-in-progress on County Road A in Bowler. Juvenile — Authorities responded to a juvenile problem on Hemlock Road in the town of Wittenberg. OWI — A 33-year-old Keshena man was arrested for operating while intoxicated after an accident on County Road A in the town of Red Springs. Accidents — Authorities logged 11 accidents, mainly due to icy road conditions, including an injury accident on state Highway 52 in the town of Aniwa, and two deer-related crashes.
