Assault - Authorities investigated a report from a woman in Suring who said she was touched inappropriately while in Oconto.
Animal neglect- Authorities investigated an anonymous complaint about a home on Ranch Lake Road in Pound that has several feral cats on its property.
Traffic miscellaneous - Authorities investigated a call from Brown County of individuals in a vehicle on U.S. Highway 41 north throwing smoke bombs out their windows.
July 7
Deputies logged 36 incidents, including the following:
Juvenile problem - Authorities assisted at a Lakewood home where a 14-year-old male was out of control.
Harassment- An employee at Shell in Gillett reported being harassed by a customer.
Death investigation - Authorities investigated the death of a 42-year-old man found dead on Spirea Road in Oconto.
Theft - Authorities investigated the theft of three fishing rods taken from a boat at a motel in Oconto during the fishing tournament, June 25-29.
Theft - A theft of an aluminum trailer was reported by Northwoods Power Equipment on Highway 141 in Lena.

Deputies logged 37 incidents, including the following:
Disturbance - Authorities investigated a fight between a man and woman on Superior Avenue in Oconto.
Criminal damage - Tires were reported slashed on a vehicle parked overnight in the Park and Ride on state Highways 22 and 32 in Gillett.
Criminal damage - Windows were reported broken at a house on Michael Circle in Gillett.
Suspicious - Authorities investigated two calls about people entering and leaving private property on St. Patrick’s Road, Lena.

Harassment - A female on Rasmussen Lane in Mountain reported receiving threats.
Property damage - Authorities investigated an incident of a golf ball smashing through a windshield of a truck driving by the Sand Trap Inn on County F in Lakewood.
Emergency - Authorities assisted a female transporting an 84-year-old male with chest pains to Community Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.
Fireworks - Authorities investigate a fireworks complaint from Elm Street in Townsend.

Deputies logged 45 incidents, including the following:
Assault - Authorities investigated a complaint of a verbal argument that escalated into a physical assault with a caregiver of property on state Highway 32 in Suring.
Runaway - Authorities investigated a call regarding a 16-year-old female missing from a Brock Road residence in Gillett.
Unwanted person - Authorities investigated the complaint of a unwanted person who broke into a home on County Road W in Crivitz in the Crooked Lake area.
DNR - An individual reported seeing a sandy-colored mountain lion behind his trailer on Muehl Drive in Suring.
Suspicious - Authorities investigated a male wandering around inside the locked gates of Nicolet Water on County Road W in Mountain.
