At 6:05 p.m. Oct. 25, a car driven by a Green Bay man was traveling north on U.S. 141 north of Guelig Road, town of Stiles, and struck a couch on the roadway. It had fallen from a trailer being towed by a Chilton man. There was minor damage to the Green Bay man’s auto. No injuries were reported.
At 3:55 p.m. Oct. 24, a car driven by a man from Abrams was southbound on Timberline Road in the town of Abrams, failed to negotiate a curve, entered a ditch and overturned. He sought his own treatment for injuries sustained in the accident. The car required towing from the scene.
At 6:48 p.m. Oct. 17, a man from Aylmer, Conn., was driving a semi south in the right lane of U.S. 41, one mile north of County Road D in the town of Abrams. A car driven by a Green Bay woman, also southbound but in the left lane, crossed into the right lane and collided with the semi. After impact, her vehicle drove through the median and struck a fence. She was transported to a medical facility. No damage was reported to the semi, with moderate damage to the car.
At 12:54 a.m. Oct. 19, a Lakewood man was northbound on state Highway 32 west of Clay Road in the town of How. His car drifted onto the shoulder and when he tried to correct, he lost control. The vehicle skidded across the roadway, entered a ditch and overturned. The man was not injured, but his car was damaged severely. He was cited for inattentive driving and failure to notify authorities of an accident.
At 11:37 a.m. Oct. 22, cars driven by a Suring woman and a Mountain man collided on County Road M at Red Banks Road in the town of How. The man stopped at the stop sign and drove ahead, striking the car of the Suring woman. She suffered injuries and was transported to a medical facility. He was ticketed for failure to yield from a stop sign. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
At 4 a.m. Oct. 12, a car driven by a man from Mountain left County Road S in the town of Little Suamico, struck a tree and overturned. His car sustained moderate damage. He sought his own treatment for minor injuries. He was cited for failure to notify authorities of an accident.
At 5:15 p.m. Oct. 21, a Gillett man was driving his motorcycle east on Valley Line Road, town of Oconto Falls, when he failed to negotiate a curve, entered a ditch and overturned. He was ejected from the motorcycle, suffered injuries and was transported to a medical facility. The motorcycle sustained severe damage.
